Infrasense recently completed a subsurface utility engineering (SUE) survey in a dense urban corridor, integrating records research, EMI locating, and advanced 3DGPR mapping. Due to the high density of utilities, two different 3DGPR array systems were deployed to support consistent data collection and comprehensive coverage across roadway, sidewalk, and adjacent areas. This resulted in coordinated utility designations and CAD-ready mapping, providing a clear, integrated understanding of the subsurface conditions to support ongoing design efforts.
