Concrete Structure Scanning

Comprehensive Assessment for Structural Integrity

Overview

Infrasense utilizes a suite of established nondestructive testing (NDT) methods including Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Infrared Thermography (IR), Impact-Echo (IE), and Rapid Automated Sounding (RAS), to assess concrete structures including concrete slabs, parking garages, tunnels, buildings, retaining walls, etc.. The NDT data can be validated and augmented with data obtained using traditional testing methods including hammer sounding, coring, chloride testing, and half-cell potential (HCP). All data can be referenced to the structure using both a survey grid and high-precision, differential GPS coordinates to accurately locate targets or areas of concern.
