Full-Time Remote Data Processing Technician Join a small, dynamic team at the forefront of infrastructure inspection, combining fieldwork, technology, and nationwide travel to support critical transportation projects.Description:Responsibilities and Duties:
Infrasense, Inc. is a world leader in the development and application of advanced non-destructive evaluation (NDE) and remote sensing technologies for the evaluation of bridge decks, highway and airfield pavements, tunnels, parking structures, and other transportation facilities. Minimum Qualifications:- Processing and analysis of large-scale NDE data sets in custom Windows-based software using approved procedures.
- Tracking and documenting project-related activities.
- Drafting technical sections of project communications and reports.
- Performing all work with high attention to detail to ensure thoroughness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Performing all work in accordance with company and client Health & Safety protocols.
- Performing all work with a positive can-do attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:- Associate’s Degree with experience in Civil Engineering or very closely related discipline (i.e. Geophysics, Geology).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple deadlines.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Passion for learning and a strong work ethic.
Performance Expectations:- Experience with large-scale data analysis, ideally within the disciplines of Civil Engineering, Geophysics, Geology, or similar.

Minimum Qualifications:- Conducting routine testing/data collection using approved procedures.
- Documenting project-related activities.
- Preparing high quality deliverables that are on time, and within budget and scope. Deliverables include but are not limited to: site drawings, condition maps, and reports.
- Working in collaborative multidisciplinary teams to meet all assigned project deadlines.
- Willing to travel (50%–75%), typically ~2 weeks per month between April – October.
- Performing all work in accordance with company and client Health & Safety protocols.
- Performing all work with a positive can-do attitude.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds, walk for extended periods, work in all weather conditions, willing to work evenings/weekends when required, and willing to travel for overnight and extended stay projects as required.
Preferred Qualifications:- High School Diploma
- Active driver’s license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple deadlines
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Passion for learning and a strong work ethic
Performance Expectations:- Certificate or Associates Degree in a related technical discipline
- Experience with Surveying
- Experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation
- Experience with ArcGIS
- Proficient in the use of survey equipment such as total stations, data collectors, auto levels, and GPS units
- Experience with surveying projects that have included boundary, topographic, existing conditions, and utility surveys
- Experience with State DOT projects
- Experience managing traffic control contractors
